Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items following company recipes, portion standards, and plating guidelines.
  • Ensure all dishes meet standards for quality, consistency, and presentation. 
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of prep stations and kitchen areas.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Work efficiently to meet prep and service timelines, ensuring smooth kitchen operations. 
  • Monitor food waste and practice portion control to maintain cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to support overall kitchen performance.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills with internal staff and support a culture of service excellence.
