Summary:

The QTI Group is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations at a manufacturing plant. This role ensures consistent application of HR policies, drives employee engagement, and partners with plant leadership to maintain a productive and compliant work environment. The HR Generalist provides hands-on support across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and performance management.

Hours: 1st shift
Pay: $67,000-$76,000 per year Salary depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary HR contact for plant employees, providing guidance on policies, processes, and programs.
Facilitate new hire orientation, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring timely completion of required documentation.
Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS system.
Assist the HR Manager with employee relations issues, including investigations and corrective actions.
Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and communication efforts.
Participate in annual processes such as performance reviews, open enrollment, compensation changes, and policy updates.
Coordinate annual training requirements and maintain training records.
Partner with payroll to support timekeeping, payroll changes, and attendance tracking.
Assist with recruitment for temporary and permanent positions, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to build trust and credibility with employees and leadership.
Willingness to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
