Summary:
Are you a skilled Maintenance Mechanic with a passion for keeping machines running smoothly? Join our team and play a vital role in maintaining and improving our production equipment. We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Assist with equipment installations and modifications.
- Install and connect power supply wiring and conduit (24V DC to 480V AC).
- Replace faulty components including relays, switches, motors, and sensors.
- Rewire motors and replace/lubricate motor bearings.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Electrical/Mechanical trade school or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills.
- Basic understanding of PLCs is a plus.
- Proficient with hand/power tools and electrical measuring instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, megohmmeter).
