Got CNC grinding experience? We want YOU! We are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Tool Grinder to join a growing manufacturing company in Brookfield, WI! If you have at least 1 year of CNC machine setup and grinding experience, this could be the perfect opportunity to take your career to the next level! Apply today!
- Pay: $23 to $27 per hour depending on experience
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- First Shift
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC grinding machines to produce precision cutting tools.
- Inspect finished parts and adjust machine settings to maintain quality standards.
- Dress grinding wheels and prepare tooling for production runs.
- Monitor machine performance and report maintenance needs.
- Record production data and maintain a clean work area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of CNC machine setup and operation experience.
- Experience with grinding principles and precision measuring equipment.
- Ability to read shop drawings and follow written instructions.
- Strong math skills, including basic trigonometry and machine calculations.
- Experience with Walter, ANCA, Star, Schutte, or Rollomatic equipment preferred.
