Job Description
Summary:
A Milwaukee manufacturer is hiring a Production Supervisor for second or third shift. Candidates with manufacturing leadership experience and a track record of improving processes and performance are encouraged to apply. Qualified candidates apply today!
- Pay: $75,000 to $90,000 per year based on experience
- Shift: Full time, Monday-Friday, 10:00pm-6:00am
Responsibilities:
- Lead production employees to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Monitor performance metrics, attendance, and department operations.
- Coach team members and promote accountability and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement process and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and leadership teams to resolve production issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
