Job Description
Summary
Are you a hands-on CNC Machine Operator who enjoys working with tight tolerances, quality craftsmanship, and precision machining? A local manufacturer is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join their Machining team and help manufacture world-class stainless-steel equipment. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with both 1st and 2nd shift schedules available. Pay starts at $24/hr plus benefits and profit sharing. Schedules:
1st Shift: Monday – Friday 6am – 2pm
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday 2pm – 12am
Responsibilities
- Set up, verify, and operate manual, NC, and CNC machining equipment to produce high-quality components.
- Install and verify programs, load and unload components, and adjust tolerances
- Perform quality checks
- Daily machine maintenance and maintaining a clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous CNC Machining experience
- Comfortable reading and interpreting part drawings and specifications and using precision measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for duration of shift
