Summary:
We've partnered with a real estate investment, construction, and property management firm in search of a Construction Project Coordinator to join their growing team! This is a hands-on, field-focused role supporting the construction team from the owner side, working closely with general contractors to keep projects on track.
Office Location: Brookfield, WI (Position entails field work, regional travel)

This is a hands-on, field-focused role supporting the construction team from the owner side, working closely with general contractors to keep projects on track.
Office Location: Brookfield, WI (Position entails field work, regional travel)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day to day activities for multifamily renovation and new construction projects
- Work directly with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Assist with scheduling, scopes of work, estimates, and bid coordination
- Conduct job site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality
- Identify issues early and support resolution to minimize delays
- Track project schedules and support budget oversight
- Assist with final walkthroughs, punch lists, and project closeout
- Balance field work with light office-based planning and coordination
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in construction coordination, project coordination, or project management
- Hands-on experience in residential, multifamily, or commercial construction
- Experience with multifamily or affordable housing projects is a plus
- Comfortable working in the field majority of the time; clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
