Job Description

Summary:
We've partnered with a real estate investment, construction, and property management firm in search of a Construction Project Coordinator to join their growing team! This is a hands-on, field-focused role supporting the construction team from the owner side, working closely with general contractors to keep projects on track.

Office Location: Brookfield, WI (Position entails field work, regional travel)

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day to day activities for multifamily renovation and new construction projects
  • Work directly with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Assist with scheduling, scopes of work, estimates, and bid coordination
  • Conduct job site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality
  • Identify issues early and support resolution to minimize delays
  • Track project schedules and support budget oversight
  • Assist with final walkthroughs, punch lists, and project closeout
  • Balance field work with light office-based planning and coordination

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in construction coordination, project coordination, or project management
  • Hands-on experience in residential, multifamily, or commercial construction
  • Experience with multifamily or affordable housing projects is a plus
  • Comfortable working in the field majority of the time; clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
