Summary
This CNC Operator position supports manufacturing operations by producing precision components using computer numerical control (CNC) equipment. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and interested in developing skills in machining and precision manufacturing. Previous CNC experience is not required, making this a great opportunity for those beginning a career in manufacturing. Experienced CNC Operators and Machinists are also encouraged to apply. We welcome candidates of all experience levels.
 
Pay: Ranges from $18.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Hours:
  • 3rd Shift is Sunday through Thursday, 10:30 p.m.–6:15 a.m. 
Overtime is available but not required.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC mills and lathes, defined as automated machines that produce precision parts from raw materials
  • Manufacture parts according to specifications, blueprints, and production requirements, Inspect finished products using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers, defined as tools used to verify precise dimensions
  • Document production information including job times, material usage, and production concern, perform routine machine maintenance such as cleaning and lubrication, Report equipment issues to maintenance personnel as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality, Follow all company safety policies and procedures
 
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical or vocational training in machining or a related field preferred but not required
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn manufacturing processes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to lift to fifty pounds occasionally and twenty-five pounds frequently
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday
