Summary:

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to general questions
- Assist applicants with paperwork in-office or at an outreach site
- Answer client and vendor questions regarding program eligibility and similar
- Review completed forms to verify all necessary information has been entered
- Follow up with applicants, contact vendors, and respond to correspondence
Qualifications:
- Willingness and ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and business reps
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
