Job Description
Summary
This Inventory Coordinator role offers steady second shift hours and consistent pay in a production-focused environment. This role focuses on tracking materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting production through detailed data entry and organization.
- Hours: Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Pay: $20.00/hr plus a $2.00/hr shift premium for any hours worked between 3:00pm and 11:00pm and a $3.00/hr shift premium for any hours worked between 11:00pm-7:00am
Responsibilities
- Enter ingredient and packaging usage data into an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), defined as a system used to track inventory and production activity
- Review inventory records and identify discrepancies
- Investigate root causes of inventory differences using reports and production data
- Report quality deviations and support documentation processes
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate updates to the purchasing team
- Assist with production support tasks, including cycle counts and basic quality checks
- Follow food safety and quality guidelines consistently
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inventory tracking, data entry, or material handling preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Ability to perform basic math calculations across different units of measure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members
- Ability to lift up to fifty pounds as needed
