Summary:
Join a fast-paced, high-volume customer support team as a temporary Bilingual Customer Solutions Specialist! In this role you'll primarily deliver phone-based customer service in a prompt, friendly manner while documenting interactions with precision. This role is anticipated to last 6 months, with potential for hire based on performance and business needs. Schedule is full-time Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with occasional flexibility to work past 5:00pm based on call volume. Hybrid schedule. Pay is $20+/hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional, friendly customer support via phone and written communication
  • Handle high volumes of inbound calls and resolve inquiries efficiently
  • Document call details clearly and accurately in internal systems
  • Draft emails, letters, and other written communications for customers
  • Navigate multiple systems to locate and share relevant information
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely response and coverage
  • Support customer retention through positive, solution-focused interactions
  • Complete assigned tasks, processing work, and projects within deadlines

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
  • Bilingual Spanish/English; ability to complete assessment of skills
  • Ability to multitask while handling calls and entering information
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities
