- Hours: Monday-Friday with start times varying between 5:30am-7:30am and shift runs until 3:30pm
- Pay: $19.50/hr
Perks: - Paid 30 minute lunch breaks
- Onsite cafeteria that prepares daily lunches
Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment following written and verbal instructions
- Set up machines according to product and quality requirements
- Inspect parts during production to confirm quality standards are met
- Record production details such as material usage and run times
- Identify and remove products that do not meet specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift
- Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or product concerns promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to read basic instructions and complete written documentation
- Basic math skills for counting and measuring materials
- Manual dexterity for operating tools and equipment
- Ability to lift up to fifty pounds on a consistent basis
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment, which includes required safety gear
- Willingness to work first shift with a varying start time
