Job Description
Summary:
Kit Assembler will be responsible for adhering instructions, blueprints, and part lists. instructions, blueprints, and parts lists. Gathers materials, assembles and inspects components to ensure quality and accuracy, performs basic equipment maintenance, and maintains a safe, clean, and organized work environment while supporting inventory control. - Hours: Monday -Friday 2pm – 10pm
- Pay: $17/Hour
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble kits by reviewing assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists; gather required components, tools, and materials.
- Position and assemble parts and subassemblies using templates and measurements, ensuring correct fit, fastening, and completion to specifications.
- Inspect and verify finished kits through measurement and quality checks; troubleshoot assembly issues and report material or resource needs to supervision.
- Maintain a safe, organized work area while performing basic equipment maintenance, managing inventory levels, and conserving supplies and materials.
Qualifications:
- Positions at this client require access to items subject to ITAR regulations and require the individual to be a US person. QTI is an equal opportunity employer.
- Experience with hand tools is a plus, but not required
- Basic math skills
- Good finger and hand coordination
