The QTI Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor for a 1st shift, direct hire opening. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a Quality Assurance role. The QTI Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor for a 1st shift, direct hire opening. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a Quality Assurance role. - Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (no mandatory OT!)
- Pay: Up to $40.00/hr., depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and develop QA Technicians.
- Manage time/attendance, coaching, performance evaluations, and corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary contact for all quality issues.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one-year of relevant Quality Assurance leadership experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have excellent color perception and be able to see with or without corrective lenses.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!
