Summary:

Work Schedule:
3:00pm – 1:30am, Monday thru Thursday (3-day weekend off!)
Pay Rate:
$21.91 per hour with opportunity for growth
Shift Premium:
$1.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Position, align, and weld parts using MIG and/or TIG processes
- Grind, shear, and finish edges using power grinders or shearing equipment
- Operate shears, CNC drill presses, and various metal‑cutting machines
Qualifications:
- Recent, hands‑on welding experience using MIG or TIG required
- Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math calculations
- Strong commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and workplace safety
