Job Description
Summary
This role offers hands-on work where precision and quality truly matter. You will build, inspect, test, and prepare products that are ready for real-world use, all within a structured production environment. Pay is competitive and based on experience, with full-time hours scheduled Monday through Friday and overtime available when production demands increase. If you enjoy focused work, clear processes, and variety in daily tasks, this position provides steady work and opportunities to build practical skills.
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts and subassemblies using hand tools and power tools
- Position, align, and fasten components according to instructions
- Perform visual and pre-final inspections to confirm product quality
- Test products to ensure proper performance
- Package finished products for shipment
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform precise hand and finger movements for small parts
- Basic familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to see and hear small details during assembly and testing
- Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions
- Comfort using a personal computer, navigating the Internet, and using Microsoft Word
