Job Description
Summary:
This Heavy Manufacturing Associate position offers hands-on work in an environment where precision and teamwork matter every day. You will help pour molds, support production flow, and ensure parts meet quality expectations. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a process that creates finished products from start to finish.
- Hours: Monday to Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm
- Pay: up to $25 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Prepare tools, jackets, and weights needed for pouring molds
- Pour molds according to production schedules and quality standards
- Sort castings and materials by part number and material type
- Follow written job instructions and complete required documentation
- Monitor work to help reduce scrap and report concerns
- Maintain a safe work area and follow safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift up to 100lbs up to 1/3 of your shift
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read instructions and perform basic math
- Comfort working around industrial equipment
- Willingness to learn equipment operation and safety procedures
