Job Description
Summary:
The QTI Group is hiring a 1st Shift Spring Grinder for our client in Beaver Dam, a global leader in tooling supply manufacturing. This is a great opportunity for candidates with machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour, based on experience, with pay increases every 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Load springs into grinding equipment
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Support team members with proper tool selection and usage
Qualifications:
- Prior machine operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and use calipers
