Job Description
Summary:
The QTI Group is seeking a 1st Shift Spring Machine Operator for our client in Beaver Dam, the world-wide industry leader in the production of tooling supplies. The ideal candidate will have experience within a manufacturing setting and is willing to train!
Working hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm.
Pay rate: $18.23 per hour, depending on experience and raises every 6 months!
Responsibilities:
- Make boxes and package springs for placement into inventory
- Check springs for proper size and dimension
- Strip springs according to the work order requirements
- Set the springs using the setting machines according to the work order instructions
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to lift and/or move throughout your shift
- Good color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
