Job Description
Summary:
This Direct Hire welding role offers strong pay and consistent weekday hours in a production-focused setting. This position focuses on producing quality welds while supporting an efficient, safety-focused operation.
- Hours: Monday - Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm
- Pay: $20.00-$26.00/hr depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and flux core welding on mild steel and stainless steel
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and correctly
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow established safety procedures and production guidelines
Qualifications
- At least three years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with MIG and flux core welding processes
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Familiarity with metal fabrication practices
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
