Job Description
Summary
Take on a hands-on role producing high-quality air filtration products in a team-focused manufacturing environment. This position offers competitive pay and a full-time schedule with steady hours, along with the opportunity to learn multiple processes across the production line. You will rotate through key assembly positions, build technical skills, and contribute directly to product quality and efficiency. This is a great fit for individuals who enjoy active work and learning new tasks throughout the day.
- Hours: Monday – Friday 3:00pm – 1:30am
- Pay: $22.22/ hour Plus $1.00 shift Premium
Responsibilities:
- Operate and rotate between three main assembly line positions to build standard filters
- Assist with machine changeovers by cleaning and preparing assembly sections
- Remove jams and clean excess glue to maintain consistent production flow
- Monitor materials, including die-cut components and filter media, to ensure accuracy
- Maintain proper glue levels and clean glue pans as needed
- Perform minor machine adjustments and report larger issues to maintenance
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with safety requirements
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and write English and complete basic production documentation.
- Basic math skills, including reading measurements and fractions up to 1/16”.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently; overhead lifting required (assistance/lifts available for heavier loads).
