Summary
A growing manufacturing company in Johnson Creek is seeking a CNC Production Supervisor to oversee overnight machining operations and ensure production goals are achieved safely and efficiently. This position serves as a key link between production teams and support departments, helping maintain quality standards, maximize productivity, and foster employee development. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with machining experience who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Hours: Sunday through Thursday 10:30pm - 6:15am, Overtime available but not required


Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee nightly CNC manufacturing operations to achieve production targets
  • Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to machine operators and production staff
  • Investigate and resolve equipment, tooling, and process-related issues to maintain workflow
  • Inspect production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
  • Partner with maintenance, quality, engineering, and scheduling teams to support operational goals
  • Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures
  • Assist with employee training and skill development initiatives
  • Monitor production metrics and maintain accurate operational records
  • Support process improvement efforts focused on efficiency, quality, and waste reduction
  • Ensure compliance with established work instructions and company procedures

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical education or machining-related training preferred
  • Five or more years of CNC machining experience required
  • Previous leadership, lead operator, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and CNC equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions
