Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Hours: Sunday through Thursday 10:30pm - 6:15am, Overtime available but not required

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee nightly CNC manufacturing operations to achieve production targets
- Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to machine operators and production staff
- Investigate and resolve equipment, tooling, and process-related issues to maintain workflow
- Inspect production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
- Partner with maintenance, quality, engineering, and scheduling teams to support operational goals
- Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures
- Assist with employee training and skill development initiatives
- Monitor production metrics and maintain accurate operational records
- Support process improvement efforts focused on efficiency, quality, and waste reduction
- Ensure compliance with established work instructions and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical education or machining-related training preferred
- Five or more years of CNC machining experience required
- Previous leadership, lead operator, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and CNC equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions
