Summary

This position is well suited for an experienced manufacturing operator who enjoys machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintaining consistent quality throughout the production process.
Take on a hands-on production role operating specialized folder line equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. This position is well suited for an experienced manufacturing operator who enjoys machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintaining consistent quality throughout the production process.
- Pay: $22.50 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Overtime: Fridays as required
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret work orders to confirm setup requirements such as color, model, and quantity
- Set up, operate, and adjust folder line equipment to meet job specifications
- Install printing plates, change rolls, dies, and gears according to production needs
- Monitor quality throughout the run, including checking measurements and print accuracy
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and make adjustments during production
- Perform routine and scheduled machine maintenance
- Inspect, pack, and prepare finished products for the next department or shipping
- Maintain expected production output while keeping a clean and safe workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of printing or machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with machine setup, operation, and basic mechanical maintenance
- Strong hand eye coordination and the ability to distinguish color accurately
- Ability to use hand tools and read measurement tools such as a ruler
- Basic math skills using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to work independently and solve practical problems
- Basic computer skills
