Job Description
Responsible for safely operating a forklift and related production equipment in the Grind and Mold Department of a foam manufacturing facility in Middleton, WI. This position moves foam materials, molds, production supplies, and finished products throughout the facility while supporting daily grinding and molding operations. The role also helps maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment while following all safety and production procedures. Apply today!
Hours: Monday – Friday 4am -2:30pm
Pay: $18.50/ hour
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to move foam materials, molds, pallets, and production supplies.
- Transport materials to and from the Grind and Mold Departments.
- Load, unload, stage, and organize materials and products throughout the facility.
- Follow all forklift operating procedures and company safety guidelines.
- Perform routine inspections of the forklift and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Manufacturing, production, or foam industry experience is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
