A local company is seeking a maintenance professional to handle repairs, unit turnovers, service requests, and routine property upkeep. This role involves working with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems while ensuring safety and compliance standards are met. This is a direct hire position starting at $25, apply now to be considered.
Schedule:
- M-F 8am – 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, drywall, and general building upkeep.
- Complete apartment turnovers, respond to resident service requests, and conduct routine inspections of buildings and grounds.
- Schedule and perform preventive maintenance, maintain common areas, and assist with larger repairs in coordination with a supervisor.
- Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and fair housing laws while staying up to date on maintenance procedures and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of maintenance or related experience, with basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and general repairs.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance required; must be available for on call shifts that include nights/weekends.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
