Summary:
In this Direct Hire role as a Fulfillment Technician, you will support daily shipping, receiving, and packaging operations. You will assemble boxes, package finished parts, perform cosmetic inspections, and assist with secondary operations. The job includes operating simple production equipment, completing basic system transactions, and keeping work areas clean and organized.

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm
Pay: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

Follow all safety rules and workplace procedures
Follow instructions from supervisors and management
Maintain consistent attendance and work required overtime when needed
Package parts into boxes, containers, and other required packaging formats
Assemble products, boxes, and containers as needed
Perform cosmetic inspections to ensure product quality
Operate PEM presses and rivet presses
Support secondary operations within the department
Receive product in the system using Vantage software

Qualifications:

Basic computer skills and ability to read and write clearly
Professional communication skills for working with employees, vendors, and customers
Must be able to lift up to 35lbs
Ability to run simple machinery and follow work instructions
