We’re hiring Entry-Level Press Operators to join our dedicated team in Sun Prairie, WI! We take pride in producing high-quality printed materials — from newspapers to magazines — while delivering outstanding service to our clients. Whether you're new to the field or have prior experience, this is a great opportunity to build your skills and grow within a company that truly invests in its people.
Schedule: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm or 6:00 pm - 6:00 am, 3-4 days a week
Pay: $19-$20 hour depending on schedule
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain state-of-the-art printing presses.
- Set up machines to print newspapers, books, magazines, and more.
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments to ink and color as needed.
- Keep your work area clean and safe.
- Work alongside a supportive team to ensure production runs smoothly.
- Log production details and report any printing issues.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience with machine operation is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and solid communication skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and a true team player
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
