Summary

This position is your opportunity to become a key contributor within a collaborative R&D environment, helping ensure products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. This is a DIRECT HIRE position with a 1st shift schedule with pay consideration starting at $22/hr. Responsibilities
- Learn and develop in‑depth knowledge of assigned products
- Create, update, and maintain Product Assurance Plans
- Execute validation and test scenarios to identify defects or design issues
- Analyze test cases and provide status updates on testing progress and results
- Document, track, and follow product defects through resolution using defect tracking systems
Qualifications
- Technical Diploma or Associate Degree in Electronics, or equivalent experience
- Strong interest in product quality, testing, and continuous improvement
- Ability to follow technical procedures, project plans, and written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work independently on routine tasks while seeking guidance when needed
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
