Responsibilities
- Lead and support production teams to meet schedule, quality, and performance goals while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
- Plan, assign, and monitor production activities, adjusting priorities and resolving issues to ensure output targets are achieved
- Coach, develop, and manage team members through clear expectations, ongoing feedback, and performance management
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and drive informed decisions Foster a culture of continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience leading and managing teams in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
