Summary:
A warehouse team in the Milwaukee area is hiring a Receiving and Order Filling Associate to join their team. This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity focused on order processing, inventory tracking, and shipping support. Candidates should be detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast paced warehouse environment.

Monday through Friday
8 hour shifts with no weekends
Pay up to $18.00/hr (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

Receive and process incoming orders while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Use inventory systems such as IBM i AS400 and radio frequency scanners to track materials
Pick and pack customer orders from warehouse inventory
Inspect products visually and verify part sizing when needed
Use Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
Print barcode labels using LabelView software
Perform basic math calculations to confirm quantities and measurements
Coordinate shipments by contacting carriers and freight partners
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
Work with team members to support customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with order fulfillment processes
Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems such as AS400 and scanning equipment
Ability to use Microsoft Office programs
Ability to operate forklifts or pallet jacks is preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic math skills for counting and measuring
