Summary

A growing distribution company is seeking a Warehouse Quality Control Associate to help ensure order accuracy and product quality during overnight shipping operations. This role is responsible for inspecting products, verifying orders, supporting loading activities, and maintaining quality standards throughout the shipping process.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 6 pm - end times can vary day by day, depending on work load

Pay: $17 / hour, Biweekly $1 per hour perfect attendance bonus

Responsibilities

Inspect products and orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
Verify the correct items are selected and loaded onto designated delivery trucks.
Inspect products for damage before shipment.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
Move products throughout the dock using forklifts and electric pallet jacks when required.
Maintain a safe work environment by following established procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Ability to read and write in English.
Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds regularly.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to stand, walk, and handle products throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
