This Production Associate role focuses on cutting materials and supporting basic shop operations in a structured work environment. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with tools, measuring materials, and maintaining accuracy throughout the production process.
This Production Associate role focuses on cutting materials and supporting basic shop operations in a structured work environment. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with tools, measuring materials, and maintaining accuracy throughout the production process.
- Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
- Pay: $20.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Cut materials using a table saw according to specifications
- Measure materials using a tape measure and caliper, defined as a precision tool used to measure thickness and dimensions
- Ensure accuracy and consistency when cutting and preparing materials
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety procedures while operating equipment
- Support general production tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to use a tape measure accurately
- Experience using or willingness to learn a caliper measurement tool
- Comfort working with hand and power tools, including table saws
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
