Job Description
Summary:
A manufacturer in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin is hiring a Molding Process Technician Assistant for third shift. Candidates with manufacturing or machine shop experience who want to grow into advanced molding operations are encouraged to apply. Qualified candidates apply today!
- Pay: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
- Hours: 10:00PM to 6:00AM, Sunday - Thursday
Responsibilities:
- Operate compression injection molding presses to support production goals
- Monitor machine temperatures, cycle times, and vacuum systems
- Inspect molded parts for quality, dimensions, and surface finish
- Load and operate deburring equipment, including tumblers and wheelabrators
- Assist with mold changes, cleaning, and routine equipment maintenance
Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing or machine shop environments preferred
- Ability to identify defective materials, parts, and equipment issues
- Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
- Willingness to learn molding press setup and advanced production processes
- General Educational Development certificate preferred
